How it works

One day under Braiseflux: the operator loop, end to end.

Braiseflux runs a single loop across a whole portfolio — connect the marketplaces, onboard the first brand, let the menu swapper watch demand while couriers, inventory and reviews move themselves, and close the week with a Monday report that ranks the brands. The page below walks through what an operator actually sees, in the order they see it.

The operator loop

Five steps. A single portfolio view. Running every shift.

  1. 01

    Connect

    Day 0 — setup

Plug in marketplaces and the kitchen POS.

Wire up the delivery platforms (DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub) and the kitchen POS. The whole integrations manager runs the credentials, so onboarding a new platform is one click rather than a Tuesday spent with a vendor. Most operators are live in under an hour.

  2. 02

    Onboard

    Day 0 — first brand

    Onboard your first brand.

Pick a virtual brand to lead with, drop a CSV (or paste a menu), and set the price floor and prep cap that match the kitchen. The first brand is ready before the next prep window — no rebuild of back-of-house against a new storefront.

  3. 03

    Watch

Day 1 onward — every shift

    The menu swapper watches demand.

Every 10 minutes the swapper agent scores SKUs against margin, prep, and saturation, then proposes the swaps that lift portfolio revenue without burning the kitchen. Every swap is reversible — the operator is the approver-in-chief, and the agent is the radar.

  4. 04

    Run

Day 1 onward — every shift

Couriers, inventory and reviews run themselves.

In parallel: the courier router optimizes across dispatch, inventory issues reorder drafts against par levels, and the review-reply agent files replies you can veto. Four tabs collapse into one portfolio queue, and most shifts end without an operator touching any of them.

  5. 05

    Report

    Weekly — Monday 06:00

    The Monday portfolio report.

A 06:00 digest lands in the inbox — net margin, reply rate, top movers, kitchen load — with one recommendation per brand so you know what to defend and what to swap. Monday stops being the report and starts being the brands.

Get started

Walk the loop yourself — first brand live before the next prep window.

Sign up, connect a marketplace and a POS, and onboard a single brand. Braiseflux starts swapping menus and queuing reconciles the moment the kitchen is wired up; add more brands whenever the operation is ready.

One portfolio across DoorDash · Uber Eats · Grubhub — and every kitchen the operator runs.
